Warranty Policy
Please review the following warranty policy to understand the coverage, exclusions, and process for warranty claims.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1. Products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.
1.2. Consumable items such as adapters and reactors are not covered under this warranty.
1.3. Replacement parts are not covered under this warranty.
1.4. The warranty only applies to defects arising from normal use of the product as described in the user manual.
1.5. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
2.1. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by non-authorized personnel.
2.2. Damage caused by improper installation, water exposure, submersion, or moisture damage.
2.3. Damage caused by lack of proper care, cleaning, or maintenance.
2.4. Damage resulting from use outside standard environmental conditions (open space, below 30°C).
2.5. Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, power outages, or other force majeure events.
3. Paid Repairs
3.1. For repair requests, please contact us by email.
3.2. Minor inspections may be free of charge, but replacement parts will incur additional costs.
3.3. Return shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Warranty Claim Process
4.1. Contact our customer service team by email to initiate a warranty claim.
4.2. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product and the defect.
4.3. Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent further damage during shipping.
5. Warranty Procedure
5.1. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.
5.2. Replacement items may be new or refurbished, depending on availability and at our discretion.
5.3. In some cases, defective products may be required for inspection before a repair or replacement is processed.
6. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
6.1. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. This number must be included inside the return package.
6.2. All returned products must be securely packed to prevent additional damage during shipping.
7. Shipping Costs
7.1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products for warranty service.
7.2. We will cover the shipping cost for repaired or replacement products sent back to the customer.
7.3. Any additional costs, including customs fees or import duties incurred during return, are the responsibility of the customer.
7.4. For repairs required due to customer misuse, all related shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
8. Policy Changes
8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time.
8.2. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to products purchased after the date of modification.
